1. Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@mumolifestyle.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Please clearly state the reason for the return when requesting an RMA number.

2. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. 30-Day 100% Refund with Shipping Cost:

  • We offer a 30-day 100% refund on the product price, excluding shipping costs.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping expenses.

4. Free Shipping:

  • If your purchase included free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by MumoLifestyle.com will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item as per the return policy and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@mumolifestyle.com with a photo of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

7. Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at info@mumolifestyle.com
