All prices on the website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online payments (where available)

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message or call.

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • The product is unavailable
  • Incorrect information is provided
  • We detect fraudulent activity

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery within Dhaka: 1–2 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–3 working days

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.

Delivery delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, strikes, courier issues).

6. Return & Refund Policy

We follow a strict quality check system. Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or wrong product
  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item

Refunds and returns are not accepted for:

  • Personal dislike of a product
  • Opened or used products
  • Skin reaction or allergies (as skincare results vary by person)

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
